Professional welders and metal fabricators need a fixture table that's more than just a surface to work on. They need a foundation that supports every cut, weld, and clamp.
A quality fixture table needs to be rigid and stable under demanding conditions while providing the precision necessary to produce accurate, repeatable results.
Our welding fixture table provides a substantial, rigid working surface. With 1" boreholes, 1" thick nitrided cast iron, and sturdy legs with the flexibility of using either casters or foot pads, this table is able to provide you with the sturdiness and reliability you need, while also providing great precision with the 100mm x 100mm borehole spacing.
Combined with the included fixtures, you'll have a table that allows flexibility, precision, and sturdiness that is unmatched by DIY welding tables.

Nitrided cast iron is twice as hard as raw cast iron, providing much greater scratch, dent, corrosion, and heat resistance. This means that a nitrided table will require less maintenance than raw cast iron.
Nitriding also makes it so that the repeated clamping on and removal of various fixtures will not wear the table, keeping it flat so that all your projects are precise.
When it comes to a nitrided steel table, they do have a greater hardness rating than nitrided cast iron, but it's also much more expensive. A nitrided steel table will cost about 50% more than a nitrided cast iron table.
