What Does It Do
SterlingCool-PlasmaCut is a plasma water table fluid that prevents rust, mould, odors, and contamination during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting, while also improving cut quality and reducing post-cut cleanup. All in a safe, cost-effective, and long-lasting formula.

By keeping the cutting environment clean and reducing oxidation during the process, SterlingCool-PlasmaCut significantly reduces or eliminates the need to clean parts after cutting.
Whether you're cutting steel, stainless, or aluminum, SterlingCool-PlasmaCut performs without staining or reacting with the material. It’s particularly well-suited for aluminum cutting, where hydrogen buildup and staining are typically concerns.
Mixed at a 20:1 ratio, SterlingCool-PlasmaCut offers exceptional value. Just one gallon treats 20 gallons of water, and the solution has a very long shelf life, lasting up to 1–2 years. This reduces the frequency of fluid changes and minimizes operating costs over time.
With no DCHA, phenolic biocides, chlorine, nitrites, sulfur, or harmful toxins, this product is 100% operator safe and environmentally responsible. It’s also non-foaming, non-staining, and extremely easy to mix and use.
