Terms and Conditions

Once your order is placed, our system is designed to process and ship your order as soon as possible, any changes or cancellations are limited to a short window.

• If you wish to cancel  your order, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 3% transaction fee.
• If you wish to make a change  to your order, you must notify a sales representative ASAP, otherwise your order will ship as is. 

It is the customers full responsibility to ensure they have entered all shipping information correctly. 

• We do not accept PO Boxes.
• We do not ship outside of Canada. 

Halo Innovations ensures that all its products come with a 12-month limited warranty for hardware and a 6-month limited warranty for electronics. The specific details of the warranty are outlined as follows: 

The purchaser is allotted a 30-day window post-delivery to notify and request to receive of any absent goods. Following the lapse of the 30-day duration, the purchaser assumes responsibility for replacing any missing items. 

Halo Innovations assures that the products acquired are free from defects for a duration of 12 months for mechanical components and 6 months for electronic parts. 

• Products that arrive in a faulty and non-functional state. 
• Products that are rendered faulty and inoperable due to issues stemming from manufacturing flaws, design inadequacies, or material defects. 

The warranty does not cover the following types of defects: 

• Imperfections such as minor scratches, dings, dents, and surface abrasions that do not impact the functionality of the product. 
• Defects resulting from incorrect assembly procedures. 
• Defects resulting from incorrect utilization. 
• Defects resulting from insufficient or regular maintenance procedures. 
• Defects resulting from improper item storage or exposure to environmental elements. 
• Defects resulting from ordinary usage and deterioration.

Halo Innovations has the authority to demand the return of any faulty product for assessment before issuing a replacement. Within the initial 30 days, Halo Innovations will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, but after this period, customers are accountable for the shipping costs to and from the facility. It is the Buyer's responsibility to manage the handling and packaging of the item.

Merchandise Affected by Transportation Issues:

We have diligently prepared and thoroughly examined your order to ensure your satisfaction with the selected item(s). Although we take great care in packaging, there may be instances of damage during transportation. It is recommended to immediately compare the packing list with the shipped items indicated on the front of the list. In case of any discrepancies or damage, please contact Halo Innovations immediately.

Halo Innovations offers a refund and return policy for all products.

• Only the initial purchaser of the product is permitted to initiate a return. It is mandatory to provide proof of purchase to be considered eligible for a refund.
• The purchaser bears the responsibility for covering all expenses related to shipping and handling when returning the item.
• Any processing or shipping costs incurred due to cancellation of an order, or return of product, will not be reimbursed.
• A return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 
• Items that are eligible for return must meet all requirements: 

              o The product must be in unused condition.

              o The product must be free of defects.

              o The product must be received in the original packaging.

Halo Innovations will examine the product within a 7-day period from its return. The purchaser will receive notification of its inspection results to determine its qualification for a refund.

Should Halo Innovations determine that the product satisfies the criteria for refund eligibility, a reimbursement equivalent to the initial transaction value less a 20% restocking charge will be reimbursed to the buyer. Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable.
